We're taking shape now! Love it! Yesterday, was very slightly over the 3000kCal plan. Feels right so far. Wasn't hungry for the day. Pasta days are much easier since I load on the pasta to compensate the remainder of my macros. I've been going into the gym at 5am everyday so far. I did 1 9am workout. I like the 5am crowd. Different environment and I have more time in the day to myself and the family. Cardio has been awesome as well as hanging exercises. Extremely happy with how that's going so far. Increasing intensity to keep progression.
