減肥第三週第20天(5/22-6/10)
基礎代謝被我拉垮了😭
吃超過1千就變胖,目前在想辦法先調整基礎代謝拉高卡路里
感覺又要從頭開始了….😣
61.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
