Holy Cow, 191.8. Well, it was 193/194 a few days ago so, 192 is an improvement. I lost 15 pounds over the summer, and I've gained every ounce back. I tried to start over on Valentines Day with low carb but only lasted 3 days; on Monday I overdosed on parmesan spaghetti for dinner, it just looked SO GOOD. I don't know what lead me to give in, but once I did, I was inhaling it. Of course my pants are tight, my 14's are being stored for now. My 16's are snug. Last night I was changing into my pj's and saw that my stomach is actually HANGING in the front, like an apron full of fatty fat. It's the most horrible thing. I've always had a bulge, but it didn't HANG like it appears to be now. Today I woke up re-invigorated with inspiration to lose this weight. I exercised (walk away the pounds) with 1 pound weights and I actually felt my metabolism soaring - I believe WEIGHTS is the answer, not just cardio. It's 2pm and I've eaten very well today, I will do my best to be back on track to losing 7 pounds and getting back to 185, size 14, and staying there. Not 175. 185!!
