Today I am pushing myself to exercise it is very hot out there.I walked one mile and walked the bleachers . So I didn't do to bad provided its so hot out. But I know I can do it . I have to make sure I talk to myself and motivate myself . Its very hard but I can do this . I know that it is the best thing for me . I wish I had alittle more support around me . Its hard when you have a husband and he doesn't even want to try to help himself so he definitely won't help me . Yeah I get the your doing good but it would be better if he would do it with me . We both need to take care of our health now were only getting older. I will keep trying to get him to do this . I want to grow old together not alone . An I really want to be able to see all my children grow up . Maybe get married , etc...I haven't weighed myself I am to afraid of the results but will do it today . An fridays will be the day of weigh in. Here I go 158.8 I guess thats not that bad . I might of gained muscle and that is why its not more . I took my measurements yesterday and here they are rib cage under breast 34" breast 42" bicep 12" thigh 20.5" calf 14" waist 38.5" hips 45" . I regret not taking the measurements for the first day . Maybe I lost inches and I will never know . But its will be fine I know how my clothes feel and I hope they start to get not so snug .
72.0 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Rozbudz, I love my twice, sometimes three times swimming pool exercise. I go to aqua fit twice / three times a week - they do it with weights and you have to perform exercises with them underwater. Although the weights are bars with foam discs on them, it is surprising how heavy they become when saturated with water - especially after an hour of working out lol. It is supposed to be good because it is difficult to injur yourself under water :-). I then have a swim and a sauna.
