lost nearly 2 kilos by following sugar free diet for approx 14 days. :D success!!
Had 2-3 cheat days where I had the following:
homemade: berry crumble with 4 tb spoons brown sugar muffins with 4 tb spoons honey
store bought: small low sugar waffles (100 gr) 1x pudding low sugar (100 gr) chocolate squares around 6 in total chocolate bonbon 1x
the rest of the time i followed the sugar free diet closely! I had to cut out apples, bananas, fruit juice and all processed sugar treats

Lost so far: 1.5 kg.
Still to go: 2.5 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
