Honestly, yesterday I went a bit over my calories. But I did lots of exercise and today I have lost even more weight. This kind of feels unreal to finally be getting closer to my goals!
59.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Please do not "Cut off food" but go and see what different foods then what you currently eat could help you slowly obtain your goal. -- Confucious stated "The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step". -- So decide what is the one thing you can do to start your journey ? -- -- As one person has said to me years ago - "How do you expect anything in your life to change, If you don't change ?"
