Really kept to myself today on this cycle 7 Upper Body Day. Hood up and music in. Feeling a little under the weather but definitely much better than I felt over the last three days. I'm surprised how my body has responded to today given the condition I'm in right now. Today, I hit max rep ranges or increased volume AND hit the max rep range. I wonder what the next Upper Body Day will look when I'm at 100% I've been taking in alot of vitamin c lately from Oranges and juice. More than I normally routinely take (that was probably closer to 0). I'm more appreciative of my healthy days now that I've not been my 100% lately. Can't wait til this passes and I'll be more conscious of the vegetables and vitamins I'm taking in.
