I know this is just water weight. I just wanted to see where I'm at before I go camping for a week. My goal is to continue to journal honestly. Something I struggle with. I know I'm a newbie to FS, but like probably everyone here, it's not my first rodeo on teaching did she trying to lose weight and/ or trying to get healthier, etc. Etc.
