😁😁😁😁😁😁 Yesterday's Rest Day didn't happen. Whatever I was feeling passed in the day and I was ready to go in the late afternoon. Got a great workout in, just as I did today. It's a recovery workout after 2 rest days and being sick, SO, I didn't push passed my achievements from the last session. Tomorrow will be another store though. PUSH DAY. Nutrition has been on point. Tea is something I'm looking to regularly intake. I'm on the fence with orange and apple juice. Like anything, it's good AND bad for you at the same time. Other than that, I'm still happy with the direction my body is going in.
