Stopped using the elevator at work and the parking garage, and cut way back on useless carbs (all the fun white stuff like breads, and desserts).
77.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
