I just weighed myself and my jaw dropped. I am not sure how I have lost more than 1 kg so quickly! Really happy about this. Only 7.2 kg to go until I reach my goal of 50 kg.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's odd how our weight shifts, sometimes quickly, more often slowly. Either way, it's a drop. And yours is AWESOME!!! Congrats.

Congratulations Cristina! You are taking good care of yourself right? Did you up your calories? I didnt look at your food journal…just be safe you need healthy caloric amount at your age🥰

great job, if you weigh yourself consistently first thing every morning before eating while wearing the same weight of clothing and after using the bathroom, it will become easy to predict. good luck keep it up.
