Had a successful 24-hour fasting yesterday. I logged it as fasting tea because I don’t see the option for it here. But I forgot to shop for lite breakfast items and ended up having dinner for breakfast this morning. I’ve been reading your post. It may not be a bad idea. 500+ cal… I am definitely not thinking about lunch right now. Hope you guys have a great day.
