Okay...So I am SO EMBARESSED OF MYSELF :( My husband and I closed on our new house last week and have been packing and moving like mad. I had a lot of late nights, no time for exercise, and the stress was so high I just grabbed whatever feel good, taste good, crap food I could shove in my face all week. NOW I FEEL SO DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF! I know the only thing to do is start over, today is a new day, and I just need to get back in motivation mode. When I weighed this morning (first time in almost 2 weeks ~ because I knew it would be BAD) I wanted to cry! UGH!!!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
