After months of not really tracking things (but still easting reasonably well) and my workouts falling off a bit (but not sitting on my ass either) .. I went from 172 ALL THE WAY UP 178 :) Honestly not bad at all. In just a couple days I was back down to 175.7 lbs and hope to get below 170 lbs soon which was a goal awhile back.
