Whether this is fat or muscle is hard to say, I've been doing so much exercising. I'm staying within a small deficit but I've overeaten a few times too, especially after visiting a local market where some lovely Amish ladies were selling homemade kettle corn. It's really hard to moderate when you're enjoying something like that, haha 💜😋 I've been taking a walk every day and I've felt my stamina growing. Being disabled it's really hard for me to exercise so I'm really really proud of the strides I've been making. I'm going to try weightlifting before bed every night too. I'm making a lot of good changes and I'm heading in the right direction. 💪🦊💕
