Once we start recording everything it's very illuminating. A few snack ideas that I've seen on here are pork rinds for crunch, air popped popcorn with no oil but sprinkled with seasonings, rice cakes, fruits and veggies that are crunchy. If you can find StormsGirls' journal, she is a master at making very yummy treats that are healthy and low calorie.
