Here goes the yo-yo syndrome. One week up, one week down. I'm still very swollen from my hernia surgery 2 months ago. I'm feeling great, I'm exercising, eating healthy, and almost 70. I'll take it!!!
85.8 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
