Weighed in the exact same for the third week in a row. This is feeling futile. I gave up my comfort foods in exchange for being sore from the gym all the time and for what? Nothing is happening!

Are you counting (and restricting) by net carbs? You can eat considering you are weight lifting. I’m just trying this for the diary. I gained weight during the COVID-19 lockdown. Grabbed a part time job @ FedEx and dropped zero pounds but lost weight as clothing is swimming me now. I used to count steps with Fitbit but the watch broke too many times, 10,000 steps a day works! Also, real tanning will speed up your metabolism with or without the fat burners. Remember.. nutrition is your metabolism and diets are fads 😉♥️🇺🇸
