I’ve been really bad about doing journal entries and recording what I eat. That’s why I’ve plateaued. I really want to be sub 200 lbs again. On the plus side, I’ve maintained my weight pretty well with my new eating habits. I had to completely boycott fast food because I can’t be trusted around it :)
