I’ve been really bad about doing journal entries and recording what I eat. That’s why I’ve plateaued. I really want to be sub 200 lbs again.
On the plus side, I’ve maintained my weight pretty well with my new eating habits. I had to completely boycott fast food because I can’t be trusted around it :)
99.2 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I very rarely have fast food for same reason. And usually it's not as good as I remember anyway...
