下午、運動後:大豆
晚上:綜合堅果手掌兩把
晚餐:花椰菜
晚上點心:品客
宵夜:太和殿麻辣鍋、海尼根、烏梅汁🤣
傍晚游泳1500尺
水量3000
50.5 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
