Didn't lose as much as I wanted. But I followed the plan precisely, so i don't feel bad at all. That's a 7.4 loss in two weeks. Wanna encourage everyone to stay on track.

Remember: Eat to live, not live to eat.
61.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
