Back home from 2 weeks in Hawaii. Some slight weigh gain, but I still feel very happy with my efforts. I logged ‘’everything’’ I ate during the holiday as best as I could, hard when you don’t prepare things yourself to be 100% sure. I ran 12 out of 14 days at the hotel gyms. Now its game on, I’m gonna lose 10kg in the next 3 months.
78.3 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
