Finally sucked it up and got on the scale after 19 days. Luckily the damage done was only 2 pounds. I was worried it was going to be 10 pounds since I have not been following my diet closely. I will restart again next week.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
