晚上上了一小時教練課:
1. 負重(5kg)深蹲12下
2. 螃蟹步來回
3. 胸推單手2.5kg 12下
4. 抬腿捲下腹12下
5. 肩推單手2.5kg 12下
共循環三組。
結束後跑步機走30分,坡度9速度4。
