Damnit😏 if anyone has an easy alternative to Lays chips and cake (my weekend downfall) I am all ears.
116.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Unfortunately I have no ideas for you. My downfall is those cheap Spookies chips. It must be healthy because it's baked, right?

I'm late to comment. But smores is my go to. 2marie biscuits, 1 block chocolate, 1 marshmallow. Put n biscuit, then choc, then mallow. Pur in microwave for couple of seconds till mallow just fluffs. Take out and press 2nd biscuit on top.
