這幾天都隨意吃~為了幫貓奔波 我瘦了😅
昨天飲食(碳水日):
早餐:大豆
中餐:滷肉飯、滷豆腐、滷蛋、燙青菜,提拉米蘇一個手掌
晚餐:大豆+豆漿、法國麵包3分之一、海苔3分之一
宵夜:豆漿
水量:3500
50 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
