I’ve been afraid to step on the scale since I got home from a weeks break and I’m glad I’m still on the right track. Progress is progress I still have to work on remembering that and also the negative relationship I have with my body.
76 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
