晚餐:大豆+豆漿
宵夜:燙梅花豬、金針菇、炒蝦子*3隻

50.7 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
