Even though I ate some pizza yesterday. I lost another pound. I think because I have more muscle mass. I’m starting to spend more fat mass. Hence I’m getting out of my plateau. I am trying to eat less and stick to 2 meals a day. Or at least 2000 calories or 1780 calories a day. Plus workouts.
