Finally, I have had enough of my excuses! This is getting ridiculous! Since I was at my lowest, I have now gained over 10kg!! It is amazing how much stress and travel can influence my weight. And as soon as I start putting on weight I feel bad about myself, and as soon as I feel bad about myself I eat more! What I crazy circle of self destruction.
Now I´ve had enough! No more giving in to the sugar and fat cravings. Healthy mind - healthy body!
I can do this!!!
