I read your journal about the RA. I recommend eliminating sugary foods and drinks completely. Eat mainly whole, fresh foods. 1g protein per goal weight daily. Track your calories on this app, it really helps. 😄

Hello StormsGirl. Thanks for your comment. I wasn’t sure what you meant by 1g protein per goal weight? I am trying to get to 136 lbs. Does that mean I should be eating 136g of protein? Seems very high?
