Just one of those weeks where the work from the last month finally yields dividends.

Exercise was good, but eating hasn’t been up to par (or so I thought).
101.7 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
