昨天飲食:
早餐:大豆、豆漿
早午餐:丹麥麵包、蔬菜、水煮餐、煎里肌肉
下午:羊肉羹米粉、豆乾、滷蛋、花椰菜、紅蘿蔔
晚餐:茶葉蛋*2
宵夜:大豆、豆漿、炒魷魚+蝦子
51.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
