BS 124 Today I start over with my journey. I'm up 10 lbs since I came home from Florida, and now I'm going to lose that again and more. I'm disappointed in myself.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
