Even tho I ate a hearthy breakfast I have lost 1 more pound and have a high amount of water mass. 30% fat mass and 29% muscle mass. I must weight totally 178 overall but I’ll just enter the small number. Trying to eat less to stay in constant deficit and I have a couple cheat days here and there. But I def eat some sort of protein every day. I work out 4-5 times a day
81.2 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
