宵夜:碳烤三明治、烤羊肉、牛肉、蔥肉串、鹹酥雞、百威、台啤
水量:3000
51.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
