昨天去參觀了一下健身房,測量了那個什麼東東(忘了名稱)覺得真的要正視減肥這個問題,體脂肪太高了。目前想從飲食+多喝水+體刷開始。
再慢慢加入一點運動,畢竟我真的好討厭運動啊
但我覺得我需要請個一對一教練來督促我
