As its still early days I was hoping to have lost a bit more as I have been really good this week. I haven't felt hungry at all which has been a bonus. I am still struggling with my fibromyalgia so staying mobile has been difficult so exercise has been totally out of the question. This really frustrates me and makes me feel a bit of a failure.

1 pound drop is great, especially since you can't exercise. It shows you are controlling your intake. You're not failing - you're succeeding!

Thanks for your support it means a lot to me.
I can go for walks but it does depend on what sort of day I am having, but I will confess that I am not as motivated as I should be. I think I am just going though a bit of a bad patch at the moment and am having to resist the temptation to feel sorry for myself which is not like me at all, in fact I am usually the one motivating others.

Kudos for the loss. It is hard to stay motivated when you don't feel well physically and everything depends on the day, but you're doing great. Keep it up!
