Not that happy today 😔. I have a hernia that has become very painful. I can't exercise or lift anything over 5lbs. It's so frustrating.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ouch, I can relate... have had 5 hernias and 4 hernia surgeries... now working on Hernia #6 ... I do have a truss that helps.

Yes I have a Truss, but it doesn't seem to be helping.
