While I didn't loose as much as I would have liked this week, I am happy with the steady progress. My in-laws were visiting for the week and it was a challenge to stay as dedicated to the carb counting as I would have liked. Now that they are gone, I plan on staying on top of my carb count.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
