This last week I allowed myself to eat and drink freely since it was a special week for me, more important than any holiday. Today I’ll get back to eating healthy. I don’t see this little weight gain as a bad thing, it might mean I have more energy to hit harder sets at the gym.
98.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
