Thanks to braces I have to eat much more controlled for 3 weeks already, after the first 2 weeks which I relied on night snack binging for the fear of being hungry and having to remove braces, brush teeeth etc, now I counted calories 3 days this weeks at 1600 1700, which will most likely bring me away from the almost 55kg mark.
