2 weeks of unlimited garbage food with zero exercise. And I started smoking again to boot, I went 3 weeks without. I hate myself for relapsing so extremely. I gained more than 4 pounds because I've lost muscle too, which padded the scale this time. My stomach is enormous, legs, butt, face. But I'm not giving up. A relapse is exactly what this was. I think in 2 weeks I can be back to 181.8, back to hard exercising and clean eating, and earn back some lost pride.
