Ok, I can feel the ambition I used to have for my diet and exercise slowly coming back, hope I can get a grip on it and wheel it in completely.
Thinking of the 2 weeks I´ll be spending in Spain this summer, and the fact that I want to wear a bikini without feeling ridiculous.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

who'de have thought your armpits could hurt!! oh well its just muscles being used, it won't kill me. no pain no...blah
