I've reached my goal weight for the year one month early 🎉. The credit is shared. This community has been instrumental in achieving this goal since giving birth to the twins last year. I'm proud of everyone here having put in the work 💪 I've loved being on this platform and meeting new people who's all with us in the trenches. I'll still be here as I don't want to fall off the rails and still have some flab to get rid of. Nutrition is still the number one tool for fat loss 😉 Next year I'm focusing on muscle building and seriously considering hiring a body transformation coach 💪 Keep going and keep your why in mind. Mine is longevity to be around a long ass time for my kids and grandkids. Don't break promises to yourself. Show up and do what you need to do. No one's going to come save you except yourself. Don't wait for 01 Jan like everyone else. Start now then you're already ahead of the curve. Don't go bos over the holiday but also make memories with friends and family. Don't regret anything and know tomorrow is always a new day 🔆 Ps, progress pic is coming soon 👀
