Alhamdulillah,, setelah 1 bulan stuck,, bulan ini bs turun walaupun cuma 1.15kg... it's okeyy,, yg penting ada progress. karna bulan ini juga mulai jalan pagi lagii, mungkin ada massa otot jg yg naik,, pinggang sih berasa kecilan 🤭..

Yookkk semangattttt,,, masihhh 16kg lagi menuju body goals.. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.. 🥰
