Siang makan nasi uduk pakai tempe orek, telur bulat, bihun, 3 bakwan jagung & kerupuk. Sore ngemil 2 lembar roti pakai mentega & meises + minum kopi susu. Malamnya makan nasi goreng pakai chiken teriyaki + 1 slice brownies coklat dan 1 slice bolu pelangi. Jadi wajar naik 800 gram deh 😁
