yesterday, did Ashley's yoga routine, little gardening & very vigorous elliptical at 9pm. wide awake until 2am, but we both slept until 10am this morning.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
