I started doing some Tae Bo. It's a workout DVD that I got. And I am terribly slow with catching with the instructor on it. But I think that once I can get to we here I can exercise without stopping, I'll be making progress. My goal this week is to lose about 5lbs. That's what I am currently working on. If I can manage to lose 20lbs this month, I am doing good
