So I always say reasonable well because that is always what it feels like. Take Yesterday. I once again came in under my calorie count but included a couple pieces of pizza and a couple small glasses of soda (you know this bitty coffee styrofoam cups I had 2-3 of those. So I met 5 k steps and that feels reasonably well. Since i am on "my own diet" I am honestly not sure what 100% would be. So AM I chicken for always saying I do reasonable well whether I blow it (go way over) or whether I do really well? :)
Old Man Scale is behaving about as expected. It's nice to finally see him smiling again. I visited him often during my hiatus, the visits were just not very amiable ;) Cruise weight is gone and I am now officially back on the way down after a looooong hiatus.
Oh and I like that last year was a net loss over all even it it was only a few lbs. It's certainly better than having re-reached my highest point ever.

It is different for everyone. You need to decide what is acceptable to you and what isn't. It might be calories or sticking to a certain plan. For me it is about if I ate only when hungry and stopped the moment I was satisfied. If I did that I was successful no matter what the calories, fat, carbs or anything else I put into my body. You get to decide what is ok for you! You have all the power. :)

So glad to see Old Man Scale rewarding your efforts! If you're seeing progress, I wouldn't worry about "reasonably well" vs. "100%". We all have areas we can improve. As long as we're aware and still trying, that's great!
